It is no secret we have all been doing business in a seriously down economic environment over the past two years. Gen-Tech is certainly not immune from the situation. Even in difficult times, however, there are always some bright spots, and the Gen-Tech Rental department is one of those shining stars, and we are humbly proud of what we have been able to accomplish over the past year.
Gen-Tech Rental is actually able to look back on a year of growth – something
about which we are extremely proud. With growth comes challenge, and we have added a Rental Coordinator position at our main office in Glendale, Arizona to help manage those challenges, our Las Vegas office added a Rental Account Manager to handle the increased demand in Nevada, and our newest facility in Tucson, Arizona added additional sales and technical support to their staff. These additions provide a refreshing diversity of talent to respond more effectively and expediently to our customer’s needs.
Our rental department is unique in our abilities to work as a team with our sales and service personnel to handle the most challenging requirements. From the most basic single generator and cable setups, to the most demanding applications with multiple generators, long cable runs, switching equipment and system design to ensure reliable temporary generator installations, we have the people, plant and equipment to respond effectively.
Another addition this year has been our partnership with the Doosan/Ingersoll Rand organization as their dealer for Arizona and Southern Nevada. With this comes additional equipment for our fleets to further enhance our ability to provide 24/7/365 response to power outage situations, and expertise in turn-key installations with power distribution equipment requirements. Our customers have come to expect this level of commitment, and we are now even more prepared to meet those expectations than at any time in the past.
We feel most fortunate that even in these difficult times, we have been blessed with the trust of our customers who have pushed us to reach even higher levels of service than at any time in the past, and that we have been able to grow our rental commitment to meet their expectations. As one of our customers said recently, “doing business with Gen-Tech is seamless.” We thank everyone for their confidence, and we look forward to working with you to make your rental project “seamless” in the coming year.
