Course Fees:
Fees include instruction, program materials and lunch.
Accommodations:
Shuttle Service information and discounted hotel rates available on our "Recommended Hotels" list, available for download at purchase completion.
Miscellaneous:
No polyester clothing, all cotton clothing required. No shorts, tank tops or open-toed shoes allowed. No cell phones or pagers during class hours.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Full refunds will be granted if cancellation is received 15 days prior to the date of the class. A 50% refund will be granted to cancellations received 14 to 7 days before the training. No refunds will be given if cancellations are received 7 days or less before the training. Refunds will be issued after class completion. In the event of insufficient registrations, GEN-TECH reserves the right to cancel any training 14 days prior to its scheduled date and is responsible only for the class fee.
